Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Act as a cultural liaison, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between local and international teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate general affairs tasks, such as office administration, vendor management, and facility logistics.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams and facilitate effective communication in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
