Responsibility
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on talent retention and organizational growth.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives and improve retention rates.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
