Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and performance incentives.
- Conduct employee relations activities, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the accounting or professional services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
