Responsibility
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- Analyze salary data and industry trends to recommend adjustments to rewards structures.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics, including turnover rates, compensation benchmarks, and benefits utilization.
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee recognition and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support in resolving employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum of 2 years of work experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or Rewards.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
