Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Administer attendance and leave management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee general affairs operations, including office administration, vendor management, and facility coordination.
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
