Responsibility
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs for US-based teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress, certifications, and training completion.
- Organize and host virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to accommodate US time zones.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
