Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services across all locations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business growth and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
