Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS.
- Draft and optimize job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality applicants across multiple platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and pre-interview assessments to shortlist qualified applicants.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates and ensuring clear communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and social media recruitment.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
