Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic People & Culture initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for global and onshore teams.
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines and globally.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and change management.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
