Responsibility
- Develop and implement Organization Development (OD) strategies to enhance organizational structure, culture, and effectiveness.
- Design and oversee Performance Management Systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee productivity.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent gap analysis to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to integrate OD and performance management practices into daily operations.
- Develop and deliver leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities across the organization.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure the impact of OD interventions and recommend improvements.
- Foster a high-performance culture by promoting accountability, recognition, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on OD and Performance Management.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing OD frameworks, performance management systems, and talent development programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, change management, and organizational behavior.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or CIPD) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
