Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all legal compliance, contracts, and corporate governance to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Manage administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, legal compliance, and administrative efficiency to senior management.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal, HR, and administrative management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate governance in Indonesia and the Philippines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
