Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee files, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and training sessions to integrate employees into the company culture.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, such as performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements in collaboration with the finance team.
- Support workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet) is a plus.
