Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of US healthcare industry and recruitment regulations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
