Note: Hybrid and remote work options are available for this role, with occasional travel to our offices in Bali as needed.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the companyâs business objectives and local labor laws.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs, including training, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on workforce trends, turnover, and other key HR indicators.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HR standards, including data privacy and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with HR compliance and risk management.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and digital HR tools to streamline processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration with teams.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
