Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support for other HR-related activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
