Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with financial services regulations and internal HR policies.
- Manage licensing administration for employees, including submissions, renewals, and audits.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with regulatory requirements and company goals.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to HR practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within financial services or a regulated industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and financial services regulations (e.g., OJK, BAPEPAM).
- Proven experience in licensing administration and compliance-related HR functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
