Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
