Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (both in-house and external) to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure seamless access to training resources.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training sessions for employees at all levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Support the onboarding process by creating and delivering orientation programs for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or HR roles.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven learning solutions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
