Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and pipeline status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
