Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring HR initiatives support long-term growth and scalability.
- Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future needs.
- Organizational Design: Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and processes that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and agility.
- Employee Experience: Champion a positive employee experience by overseeing engagement programs, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international best practices, mitigating HR-related risks.
- Culture & Diversity: Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts diverse talent and promotes innovation.
- HR Technology & Analytics: Leverage HRIS and data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize HR operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business priorities and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years as an HR Director or equivalent in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in tech, innovation, or start-up ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing HR teams.
- Legal & Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and global HR compliance standards.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using HR metrics and analytics to inform strategy.
- Cultural Agility: Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and adapt HR practices to local and global contexts.
