Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
