Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to inform L&OD strategies.
- Facilitate leadership development initiatives to nurture future leaders within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align L&OD initiatives with company goals and culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across all levels of the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships for specialized training and development solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and organizational development theories.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of L&OD programs.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other HR technologies.
- Certification in HR or L&OD (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
