Responsibility
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive employee productivity and engagement.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure salary structures and benefits remain attractive and compliant with local regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, incentives, and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to forecast budgets for rewards and benefits initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and organizational policies in all compensation-related matters.
- Analyze employee satisfaction data and recommend improvements to enhance workplace well-being.
- Lead communication strategies to educate staff on benefits, policies, and performance expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits management, preferably in healthcare or large organizations.
- Proven expertise in performance management systems, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and tax regulations related to employee compensation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a passion for healthcare excellence.
