Responsibility
- Lead and manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the HR team in various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
