Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, from sourcing candidates to integrating new hires into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the plantations, agriculture, or corporate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
