Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and attendance.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
