In this pivotal role, you will oversee end-to-end HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance and general affairs management. Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with Indonesian labor laws and company values.
- Lead talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidates for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Coordinate general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor contracts.
- Drive training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
- Ensure legal compliance with local labor regulations, safety standards, and industry-specific requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or textile industries.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Badung with occasional travel to other Bali regions (Canggu, Ubud, etc.).
