Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date HR records.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems.
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
