Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various departments.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including contract management and payroll coordination.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
