Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Manage and update attendance records, leave requests, and other employee-related data.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and ensuring timely submission of required documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or clerical role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
