Join Kerry Group as a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Bali! As part of our global L&D team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and implement innovative learning solutions. Responsibility
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, workshops, and digital learning modules tailored to GBS teams.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant communications.
- Support the implementation of onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Conduct training needs analyses by gathering feedback and identifying skill gaps across departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, interactive learning content (e.g., videos, quizzes, simulations).
- Track and report on training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS (Learning Management System) tools.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and leadership development initiatives.
- Research and recommend emerging L&D trends and technologies to enhance program quality.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for learning and development with a keen interest in adult education or corporate training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle) is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to feedback.
- Prior experience in training, HR, or project coordination (internships, volunteer work, or academic projects) is a plus.
