Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage HR administration, including maintaining employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, minimizing legal risks.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
