Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for US-based clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including federal, state, and local returns.
- Conduct financial audits and reconcile accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning support.
- Liaise with US clients to address financial inquiries and provide advisory services.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to streamline financial operations.
- Stay updated on US tax laws and accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license with a minimum of 3 years of US accounting experience.
- Proficient in US GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with US clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and multi-state tax filings is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
