Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
- Manage and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
