Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Manage tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
