Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and financial management principles.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
