Responsibility
- Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Generate and send out invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on accounts receivable status to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the company’s accounting software.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
