Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk assessments to support business stability.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
