Responsibility

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK)
  • Perform detailed bank reconciliations for multiple property accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and tenant billing for properties across Bali
  • Collaborate with property managers to develop and monitor budgets for residential and commercial properties in designated areas
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
  • Prepare management reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making for regional operations
  • Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a property management or real estate environment
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidated financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
