Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and proper authorization before payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs through banking systems
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS)
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to streamline AP processes
- Prepare and analyze AP aging reports for management review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and VAT processes
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with multi-currency transactions is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare industry accounting is advantageous
