Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote urological medical devices in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including urologists, hospital administrators, and clinic managers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of our medical devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in urology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of medical devices and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
