Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire export sales cycle, from order processing and documentation to shipment coordination and delivery tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, and production) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer retention.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export sales, key account management, or international business development, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and incoterms (e.g., LC, TT, FOB, CIF).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
