Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Train and mentor junior Account Managers in sales techniques, client handling, and CRM best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account planning.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
