Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion in Bali.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability across all assigned areas.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and operational staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends in the motorcycle industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and budgets, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective team training and process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or area management, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle market, including trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
