Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Lead product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
