Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali market.
- Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments for clients and recommend tailored insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Organize and participate in sales events, workshops, and seminars to expand client networks and promote brand awareness.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including life insurance, health insurance, and investment plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid sales or insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
