Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue high-potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in B2B or retail sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close complex deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
