Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Rex Educationâs offerings and value proposition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local organizations and government entities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and promotional events.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and educational needs to tailor solutions effectively.
- Offer exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the education sector or B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian education market and local business practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
