Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for two-wheeled vehicle parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, workshops, and retail customers in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Provide product training and technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions tailored to the Bali market.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or parts industry.
- Strong understanding of two-wheeled vehicles and aftermarket parts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
