Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales to promote and sell Sari Roti products to households, businesses, and retail outlets in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive canvassing and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales conversions.
- Track sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute localized sales strategies tailored to Bali’s market.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination to meet customer demands.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company sales and branding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with outdoor work and traveling within assigned territories in Bali.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and handle objections.
- Ownership of a motorcycle (preferred) or reliable transportation for field sales activities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local markets and customer preferences is an advantage.
